I’m Yunseo, a UX researcher and designer studying Communication & Multimedia Design in the Netherlands.
When the data points somewhere I didn’t expect, that’s the direction I take. KeyFlow started from a problem I had as a classical singer, but interviews with 9 musicians challenged my initial focus on transposition. I reframed the problem around their wider practice workflow. In Digital Detox, our card sorting results conflicted with the client’s original direction, and I used the findings to argue for making a feature optional rather than required.
I’m most drawn to projects where research can change how the problem itself is understood. On my own projects, I’ve handled every step, from recruiting participants and running interviews to analysing findings and turning them into design decisions.
From early 2027, I want to bring this to a product team in Germany or the Netherlands as a UX research or
research-led design intern.
